Immediately impressed by this hotel as soon as we opened the door. Friendly, efficient reception. Nothing too much trouble. The hotel room itself couldn't have been better. New fittings, sparkling bathroom, flat screen tv in each room (we had a suite) and room service was so quick! Full English breakfast was perfect as was the evening meal. Wish we couldve stayed longer and will definitely return.

Family-run, the hotel prides itself on offering friendly, efficient Northern Irish service, with quality food served all day. The Valley Hotel has been awarded a 3-star classification by the AA. The car park has 150 spaces and is ideal for all vehicles; access can be obtained from the main street, just before the hotel, on the left-hand side.

Important information to guests

Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties. Hotel guests must not cause any disturbance in the way of noise to other guests. A security deposit of GBP 100 in cash, or an imprint of your credit card is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Damages, breakages or items missing shall be charged from your credit/charge card. If guests are found to be smoking they will be subject to a GBP 150 fine. Check-in after 20:00 is possible, subject to availability and only by prior arrangement.
