A very warm welcome upon arrival, and a good night's sleep in very spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast with a bonus for the kids - a fun kids area which helped them shake off sleepy eyes in minutes while waiting for their cooked breakfast. The friendly and very helpful staff, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, pleasing decor and good size of room, the extremely comfortable bed, and the peace and quietness of the room and the hotel.

I would prefer a buffet style hot breakfast as I have experienced in other Premier Inns. I liked it all. Above average costs and had to pay for Wi-fi as well Separate dining facilities. Some of the cooked breakfast items were too greasy. Power cut to hotel on last day but was leaving for airport an hour and half later But whole area was out of power not just hotel. room was cold. n/a. My only complaint was that it took me a while to get to sleep because of the noise from people walking on the squeeky floorboards in the room above us (we were on the ground floor). nothing. Nothing. None. Did not like the way hotel used small paper leaves instead of a toilet roll which is in my view more hygienic. Having to go outside in the rain to go for breakfast. The room was over crowded with the the two separate beds in the room.
