The amazing walk-in shower with the 'warm rain' setting and the
gorgeous rose soap. The basket of delicious assorted teas next to the
kettle. The table and chairs outside the french windows, so that we
could step out in the morning to have our tea outside. The feeling that
everything was of the best quality, from the comfortable bed down to the
thick loo-paper.

My stay was made extremely comfortable. The bed, the shower and the breakfast were simply sublime. Lots of private parking and a great place to stay. A real credit to the Millers.
It was immaculately ckean . The hostess was very friendly and welcoming .The ideal base for touring Hampshire .Secure parking in a gated development was a big plus .

The a27 is very close, and I could hear the traffic, and the bedroom
curtains let in too much light; this is far, far out-weighed by my
positive comments, though, and it will not stop me visiting again.

Not a hotel and not really suitable to market it as such, it is most certainly a b&b only. Expensive for what it is and should be given a choice of cooked breakfast. Would not stay again as don't like the set up although if you're happy with staying in a b&b then you would think it was nice albeit expensive for that sort of accomm.
