Set on the corner of the Royal Mile and very close to the train station, this apartment has one double bedroom with a king-size bed and a triple room with 3 single beds, and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a spacious lounge, small kitchen and a bathroom with both a bath and a shower over bath.
The apartment has only a few internal steps and is therefore a good choice for those who wish to avoid stairs. Please note that as this is a city centre apartment so there may be some street noise.

Set in a traditional building in the architectural style of the early 1900’s, this ground floor apartment has a shared entrance and only a few internal stairs. An excellent location close to the Tattoo at Edinburgh Castle, world class shopping on Princes Street and the Queen’s Holyrood Palace.
There is a triple single bedroom to the front and a kingsize bedroom to the quiet rear, a newly refurbished bathroom, well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge which has a sofa bed for a further guest, multi channel free view TV and 3 large windows, ensuring lots of natural light.
The Scottish Tourist Board and the Edinburgh Festival Headquarters are nearby and the many award winning cafes, restaurants, coffee houses, internet cafe’s, whisky taverns, traditional public houses and nightlife entertainment provide splendid choices for mealtimes and beyond.
A secure 24 hr car park is available on New Street. On street metered parking is available on Royal Mile and on Calton Road. Free parking is available in a nearby residential district. Conveniently, a newsagent and grocery are also close by.
