The room was large and well appointed and the bathroom was of a very high standard. There was easy access to Edinburgh city; a bus passing the door at regular intervals. A full breakfast was provided, The owner of the B & B was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Friendly greeting from lovely host. Pleasant room with good beds and homely atmosphere. Quiet and comfortable despite main road location.
