The room was extremely comfortable and everything needed was supplied. The receptionist made us very welcome and was very helpful. Room comfortable and clean, staff professional and helpful. pleasant helpful staff, an easy location to find. The Receptionist was very polite and welcoming. Receptionist very obliging when I asked for fan because room too warm and for flat sheet because duvet too hot for summer. Lovely continental breakfast in a relaxed and airy environment. A much better experience that at Travel Lodge and Premier Lodge. Will definitely use Days Inn in future. . This hotel is convienient for most locations in the Bristol area. The staff are always friendly and helpful. WiFi in the rooms. Great!. Staff, accessability, ease of use. Convenience, price and comfort. The staff on duty over the Christmas period were excellent, very helpfull and cheery, which made our stay all the more pleasant..thank you... Outstandingly cooperative and friendly staff. Good range of drinks and snacks available 24 hrs.24 hour reception staff, free tea/coffee etc. Comfortable bed, and great shower. I stayed here on a Sunday night and arrived at 2030. The recepionist was very welcoming and changed my room at my request with no problem. The hotel is easy to find and the room was very large with a sofa bed if required. Room was warm, comfortable and the bed was good too. Soap and shower liquid in dispensers on the wall. Good locaton, easy to find and 10 minutes drive to the big retail park (Cribbs Causeway). Excellent value for money with only £29 for a family of four!. We ahve stayed twice at Gordano. On both occassions the staff were noticeably friendly and helpful -a credit to Days Inn. No frills but everything we needed. Conveniently located for our journey.plenty of room for adults and children in the same room. Easy access, good location back to Bristol.surprisingly quiet given location. God service, no frills. Helpful night staff. Clean and tidy. Easy to find, located next to the motorway and handy for all areas of the city. Excellent value for money. Everything we needed, clean,warm, and sufficient breakfast. Thankyou. I liked the room very much, i did say in the executive room which did make it more enjoyable i think. I thought the fridge was a superb idea.that there was a tv in the room, tea and coffee available, quiet peacfull although a little noise from the floor above,. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Reception staff were very helpful. Fridge in the room. the facilities - tea/coffee in room . good bathroom. it was next to a kfc and very nice cafe, very roomy. was warm and comfortable,very happy. Convenience. room. Good rooms,fair price, but a bit far from the airport. We would stay again. Convenience of location. the free upgrade. Price, location. very friendly staff, quiet and convenient and also reasonably priced. the breakfast was good and the hotel was well laid out with a nice atmosphere. certainly as good as any more expensive hotels i've stayed in. The fact that it was perfect for the type of break we needed situated ina place where when you know where you are you realise its perfect. Good location for business travel right on the highway. its location was ideal for our purposes. comfortable and clean. Visiting our daughter. Only buffet breakfast available. the service area is not so good for dog owners when compared to many others. No air-conditioning and room was too warm. Duvet was very hot - not summer tog. Didn't much like biscuit selection. The sink unit needed replacing, badly cracked. The grouting on the tilein the bathroom was poor, their was mould and missing grouting. This wasnot very satisfactory. hotel fine but the catering facilities at the weekend break were dire. I had my breakfast early due to business appt.. If any later I think the sausages and bacon would have benn very dried out under the heater lamps. It was sited on a busy service station. and so was quite noisy with traffic arriving/leaving throughout the night. You need to put a big sign next to the road at the entrance to the hotel. It is not obvious when driving in the dark exactly how you get to the hotel.Doors banging throughout the night with people coming and going. yes im deaf and the fire allarm went off there wos no flashing lights , so if i wos on my own i would never ov known.No, but i would just like to say that anyone who complains about little details should look at the price they pay. if they want 5* with superb views.they can pay 2 or 3 times the price. Just the price of the breakfast was a little too expensive for what it was i thought, my partner felt the same.that you had to eat breakfast very near to the reception area and that it wasn't very privite with people passing by every few minuets to either book in or to book out.This resulting that we left the hotel without eating and stopped near by sevices to get a bit to eat. I was worried about security in this particular hotel because it is a large lorry park and my room was on the ground floor. All the downstairs windows were open with no security locks to stop them opening fully. I was worried someone might climb in and have access to the hotel, but I guess they can just walk in anyway.Internet connection charges. Limited parking, very crowded. No information on where to park for overflow in motorway services.the shower hard to use. Food selection, lorry park noisy but manageable. Room was in need of refurbishment.Toilet leaked and we were very surprised room was cleaned on Xmas day. The room was a little too waarm and there seemed no way to cool it down without opening a window, which would have been noisy. The double bed could have been bigger and I had to sleep on the additional sofa bed.the room was too hot and i did not realise that we could turn the electric fire off which kept us awake most of the night. It was quite hard to find and at first we didnt know the routes to thetowns so went up all the silly roads to which did not feel safe at all. Skimpy breakfast. very far from downtown, only good if you are driving.
