Reception staff very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Early check-in arranged over the phone the day before with no problems. Warned on arrival of potential boisterous football supporters staying, but heard nothing during the night. Would stay again. The quietness of the rooms, despite the block being adjacent to a major road and roundabout. The short walking distance to bus and rail connections. The variety on offer at breakfast time; the quality/crispness of the chips served with dinner dishes!.
all reviews » The accommodation was in a lovely setting and quiet, no traffic noise. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful in particular Karen who was on reception. The room size, facilities and cleanliness was appreciated after a long flight. A clean quiet place to stay,food in Peel Park was excellent value for money. Friendliness/helpfulness of staff.great location ,very comfy ,clean rooms. From the moment we arrived till we left the staff were fantastic. happy with stay, will use again,but take note of next question. What an insult!!, there are respectable honest people left in the world you know??. food was sitting around to long and was cool,did time it for eggs.only 2 milk's in room. Old style tv. The breakfast was very poor the cooked breakfast was cold,poached eggs more like boiled eggs. Not in there long enough really. Nothing, No compaints at all. Charge for wi fi!!!!!. Room was very cold on arrival.... also no explanation that you needed also to turn on heater switch below heater, which is installed upside down. Quite hot in the room as no AC. With a late check in and early departure i didnt feel i got full value for money. Cost of breakfast. Should have been biscuits with the tea and coffee in the room. could not book into the other premier inns at short notice. The room was so hot it was almost unbearable. I didn't like the fact that the room didn't have a fridge. I didn't like that not all money has been returned to us for the days we had booked but we didn't use. Disabled room was cold my mother didn't sleep it was so cold and our room smelt damp. Another guest had been smoking smelt it in the evening in the corridors and when I complained staff confirmed someone had been smoking. Poor sleeping due to noise from rooms above. Walked through reception area on arrival to two girls throwing mugs at each other, one smashing near me. Reception didnt seem keen to tackle them.
