  All the rooms weren't the same which was really good mad it more individual. The pool was a nice extra and allowed you to relax. The bar/lounge area was very nicely laid out and there were board games you could play in a group.Staff were very polite,helpful & friendly. Reception staff always willing to help. The hotel looked like it had been ... what people say » improved and was very nicely done. Breakfast was very good. - Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, especially Andrew. Room was very comfortable and spotless. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a varied choice for all palates and dietary requirements. Lounge area with open coal fire was very relaxing. Spa facilities were excellent with friendly helpful staff.

  Location of the hotel within the loch lomond area was perfect The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The facilities swimming pool etc. were excellent and the staff very courteous,well mannered and friendly. - The hotel had a very friendly atmosphere ... what people say » and the staff were veryresponsive to all my needs.
