What a wonderful place to stay. You couldn't ask for better hosts than Michael and Christine . Nothing was a bother or to much to ask for. Every evening we returned to a roaring fire in the lounge and every morning we looked out on the gardens while choosing from the wide variety of breakfast offerings all of which were outstanding. We stayed a week and could have had a different breakfast every morning (we did have the Eggs Benedict more then once however)! The breakfast conversation was won. all reviews »
Everything. We were made to feel very welcome and the owners Michael and Christine really do care for their guests. The breakfast menu was incredible, with a 'choice of the day' in addition to fruit etc., high quality cereals, a full english or a selection from and, home made bread toasted. The bed linen and towels were of high quality, with each pillow having chocolates (wrapped) as a welcome gift. A lovely home set in a beautiful 3 acre garden, with produce from the garden and eggs from thei.
I liked everything about the B&B and nothing was too much trouble to my hosts, from coffee and scones on (early) arrival to recommending a lovely pub at which I could eat. My only reservation was the fact that I had to drive out to do so. If you are looking for a place away from it all this is it.
The warm welcome from Michael and Christine with tea and scones in the very comfortable and well stocked sitting room, complete with roaring fire.What else? Everything: the room, the garden, the breakfast. As we wrote in the visitor's book 'we have stayed in many very good B&Bs but this is the best.
There is nothing to dislike the B & B is excellent they forgotten nothing, The whole package is complete and you cannot fail to enjoy your stay. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed and will definitely return. Thank you so much to Christine & Michael.

I don't normally do reviews but this one is special. From the warmth of the greeting to the excellent and delicious breakfast this is a first class B&B and I would have no hesitation in stopping there again when I am in the area.
A wonderful warm haven of peace and quiet, even on a cold, rainy weekend - the lounge with its log-burning fire was completely unexpected, and a great bonus. Our hosts could not have been kinder, and the breakfasts were delicious!.
The hosts were very caring, accommodating and extremely friendly. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast to die for. I would not hesitate to return to Drinkstone Park B&B. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
