When we arrived David met us at the door, he took our bags and escorted us to a really lovely room at the front of the house. The ensuite bedroom was lovely and the bathroom very contemporary. We were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. Breakfast the next day was huge - we loved the bowl of fresh fruit salad - not the usual hotel-type tinned fruit swimming in liquid but freshly prepared seasonable fruits. Our room was a very good size overlooking the back garden. There was a balcony with table and chairs which would be lovely to use when the weather was warmer. There were bird feeders in the garden and we saw a great variety of feathered visitors. Also there were rabbits in the garden in the evening, and on our last morning a muntjac deer roamed through. The couple that run the B&B are very friendly and helpful, you do feel that nothing is too much trouble.
I liked everything about this place. The owners, dave and his wife, were perfect hosts, frriendly, and helpful. The B&B was easy to find and free parking was nice and hassle free. My room was very comfortable, warm and cozy. The bathroom was all new and everything worked perfectly. Full English breakfast was excellent. Internet and TV worked well and trouble free. Great value for the money as well.
When we arrived there was a nice welcome from the owner who showed us to our rooms. The rooms were lovely and clean, layed out well, lots of space and with everything you would need. Breakfast was perfect, fresh fruit salad every day, plus what ever you wanted. The full english is a must. Good location to discover Norfolk and there's lots to see. Higher recommend this B & B to everyone.

This is excellent value for money. It is very well situated for trips into Suffolk and Norfolk. The owners are very friendly and their organisation is superb. Food well cooked and carefully presented. Good displays of material of local interest. The best B&B we have stayed at for some time.
The hosts Denise and David are so lovely, they made me feel so welcome from the moment I stepped through the door till my departure. Excellent large room with large balcony overlooking the long garden. Breakfast was very good. Well recommended shall definitely stay again when next in the area.

Beautiful and spatious room. Big bathroom.the heating was on (very appreciated).the room was right on the main street but very well isolated so we both slept soundly. Very comfortable beds. kind staff. Nice biscuits were waiting in the room next to the tea facilities :).

Helpful, friendly and a good breakfast. Very nice display of pictures painted by owner (on almost all walls). Perhaps, in the future, the B&B could become a gallery one day a week! Lots of different themes. Enjoyed looking at them.
Absolutely everything - this is a small but fantastic B&B. There are 4 rooms and all are really spacious rooms with excellent ensuites. Fantastic hosts - nothing is too much trouble and they are really friendly. 12 out of 10!.

Very comfortable room - we appreciated two armchairs to sit in, especially as many hotels don't give you a comfortable seat to watch your TV from. Breakfast was huge.

My room was clean but dated with dark blue curtains and bedding and the room felt dull with an energy bulb and dated shade. Noticed the better rooms at the same price at the back of the hotel and was disappointed that I had been charged the same amount for my smaller room at the front. Needs updating.
