  freedom to come and go as you please . good continental breakfast but would have liked a choice of a full English as well to choose from. will stay again sometime. - nice central location - Place looked a bit tatty but clean. Bed comfy, tv good, breakfast continental but not bad.

  We had an excellent stay at Greshamm House. The staff were extreamly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Ideal location. Room was excellent. Owner was brilliant locals were brilliant. Excellent value for money. Small things.like not minding brininging in your own food and providing plates ect. As someone who spends a lot of t... what people say » he time in hotels could not find a single fault - The pub/guesthouse is very central and two minutes from the seaside and town centre. It would be a good as a base for touring the area and surrounding towns ,if staying longer than 1 night.The room we had was clean and recently refurbished with new bathroom/shower facilities and ceiling fan.The owners make you feel very welcome.Breakfast was good.Good luck to Dave and his wife for the future.

  Great location - go right for the beach and harbour and left for the town. Just a few minutes easy walking in either direction. Bright , clean and welcoming b & b with friendly owners and great breakfast. Luxurious ensuite bathroom in one of the upstairs double bedrooms. Area and room nice and quiet in the evening and comfortable bed so slept ... what people say » well. No traffic noise and the owner provided a parking space so we didn't even use our car for 3 days , walked and caught the bus , train , boat - ma - We were made very welcome, and as the B&B has only 3 bedrooms it was almost like staying with good friends, and relatives who all get on well with each other. the breakfast was very good offering almost every combination of traditional english fare..the room was clean and well provided with drinks and biscuits and the beds were comfortable in addition the place was quiet therefore sleep was not a problem .we will stay again when in the area
