Perfect place to spend a night whether you are a tourist or a business traveller . Quiet , easy to get to and great facilities . Good Beefeater also with superb food and friendly staff . My partner has type1 diabetes and they went out of there way to provide us with a quiet corner is case she had to take an injection. This is the second time I stay here in Premier Inn. Last time I've mentioned the low pressure water as negative aspect: this time i didn't have this problem, may be because i had a different room (n°29 this time, n°4 the previous time). there is always parking and it's for free.
all reviews » The location is out of the city centre of Crewe, so if you have to rich other villages, as I have to do, you avoid to cross the city centre and it's much faster. The restaurant of the hotel is good and not expensive, open till 10,00pm: useful. Lovely staff on reception. My Mum left some items in the room by accident and these were promptly posted back to her and with no charge. Thank you. Clean, spacious room, good firm bed, good bathroom with bath and shower. The adjacent resturaunt had a good appearance and service with good food. Comfortable & modern room. Excellent food in the adjoining Beefeater restaurant. Excellent customer service at reception. On request had rooms ready early. the staff were friendly, the accommodation was very good, we enjoyed our stay brief though it was. rooms are clean - spacious and comfortable, restaurant is good and reasonably priced. It was convenient for my meetings next day. Only the bedding. Tried to find something but could not think of anything. The breakfast is good in terms on quality, but the speed is really low, so if you're in a hurry, do not order the eggs and bacon, and take only the food already prepared on the breakfast table. The forniture is not particularly new. The water in the barroom, especially the shower, has a low pressure. The soap distributor of the washbasin was not working. TV had limited channels and did not respond well to the remote control. Nothing to dislike, would definitely stay here again. there were no dislikes. Should have made double sure about how to find the hotel as we got a bit lost coming through Crewe. Our fault. n/a. Shower was poor, water pressure very low. Given that these tend to be a business traveller hotel, I would have liked a small ironing board in the room. none. They need to offer free Internet. 30 minutes for free is not really a benefit. Next time I will look for a hotel that provides free connection during your stay. That I hadn't read the small print and by not checking in on the Friday night (the first of our two nights) didn't realise that this would be classed as a 'no show' and the rooms would be sold on. This should have been a lot more clearer. The hotel had surprisingly poor local mobile phone connectivity with 3 mobile. The only way to get a bottle of water was by machine that didn't work. There are many better priced budget hotels of the same standard. Too expensive. Poor service, had tog change my room, no phone network available, wifi very slow, for breakfast nobody asked if I would like to have anything for the breakfast whereas everybody else was asked which I felt was bit discriminatory on both days. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and as far I am concerned I will never stay in Premier Inn.
