Room was very hot with only thedoors to open for air but we couldnt leave these open at night, so was abit uncomfortable overnight. Rooms are showing their age and are a little worn. The bed was not too good. Uneven and not comfortable.beakfast was not good value. Room too small for 3 people. Really too small for 32 by American standards. The one bed only a double and very low to the ground (bad for disabled folks, and this was a handicapped room), very little sitting /cot room.Breakfast very expensive so didn't have. I thought the open entry from Foyer to Bar was not ideal as the bar was a little cold and draughty. unable to use debit card to set up room account, hence need to use at dinner and breakfast for each transaction. Swimming pool closed too early as we were not able to arrive until 19.30and would have liked a quick swim. It appears rather dreary due to all the dark wood in the bedrooms. there was no lift to the area of the hotel that i was staying in. evening meal well below standard expected. No Wifi in rooms. No atmosphere. Lack of lift to take heavy cases to room IE lots of stairs. The cleanliness of the bathroom was a bit lax and having to pay for bus transfer. The room smelled a bit strange and was very cold.I felt that the dining area could have been larger to accommodate moreguests at any one time. no. Do not order Lasagna. matresses far too soft and bouncy.

- Follow the M23 and go past Gatwick Airport, heading towards Brighton.
- Take junction 10A and then the last exit off the roundabout.

From the M25:
- Leave the M25 at junction 7 for the M23.
- Exit the motorway at junction 10A and turn right at the roundabout.
- You will find the Europa Gatwick Hotel is approximately 100 metres on the right-hand side.

From Brighton:
- Take the M23 North towards Crawley (the A23 changes to M23 after junction 11).
