The Staff, particularly an extremely helpful receptionist named Libby. She went out of her way to sort out a problem that we had created ourselves and deserves recognition for her level of excellent customer service. Ideal location close to the City Centre visit but despite that an extremely quiet night was had. The hotel and rooms were exceedingly well kept, and extremely clean. All amenities and especially the air conditioning were top class. The breakfast was very enjoyable - as is with most Premier Inns. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Coventry City Centre. Would recommend as a great value for money hotel!.
all reviews » I was full of praise for this Premier Inn Now I have checked the booking I made on April 30th (271449123) I realise the total price given to me was £117.50 breakfast included. However the receptionist told me I had to pay for the breakfast so my total bill amounted to £134.Could you check this for me please. The assistance I got from a staff named Libby when I got a problem with my on line booking with my bank. She was also very kind in assisting me with train information back to Heathrow. The staffs were very kind and friendly. It was a great experience. Very friendly, helpul staff, extremely clean, comfortable and fantastic value for money. Special requests catered for. Spacious rooms and well located in city. The hotel is new, so I hope it keeps up the good service. Really helpful staff. Arrived early and hoped to leave our bags between check-in time and instead the staff organised a room ready for check-in. Breakfast staff also very cheerful and helpful. Everything! At the beginning it was a little bit confusing how to park and even more confusing how to park for free. The drop-off parking time (1/2 hour) can be too short to complete the check-in formalities and drop the baggage in the room. Really hard to find one. Unsure if it is policy to only give set of towels for one person with couples. We only had one bath towel and one hand towel in the room. Food area was a little pokey for space, but otherwise really good. I can't find a single fault with this hotel. Nothing had a fab time. Local car park a bit confusing...hard to find hotel door and make sure you pay on arrival. No dislikes. N/a. Locked shut Windows in the room, Bad Air. car park was not secure and evidence of problem e.g glass on the floor. The Internet is free for only 30 minutes. Furniture out of place when I got to the room, bin in bath, cleaner clearly had not finished. Very limited and expensive options for car park. scrambled egg my pillow. entrance is confusing and no front desk staff to welcome you. Check in has to be done by yourself on the computer. Breakfast buffet is rather limited.
