  Me and my partner came for a break away, we only stayed one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We eveb had the chance to have a breif conversation with the owner who was very friendly and helped us decide where we were going out that evening. Bot a bad word to say about the place it was a pleasure to say. - Everything was spotless! Beautiful surroundings in a really quiet area, ideal after a long day! Staff are really friendly and professional, food in the restaurant is to die for! The rooms are not too big but well decorated, bed really comfy, one of the best relaxing nights I had for a long time! Definitely will stay there again!

  Was my first visit to a non-USA Holiday Inn. Restaurant and bar where much nicer than any US property. Workout facilities were also great with lots of equipment and space to work out. I didn't have my kids with me, but it seemed very family friendly. - very efficient-as arrived very late, by taxi with a baby and lots of baggage

  I contacted the hotel before my stay to advise of an early check in and this was noted and accepted when we arrived. Hotel was located by the river and the views were lovely. Hotel had plenty of allocated parking. Staff were friendly and polite. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. My single room was not exactly spacious, but decor, cleanliness and a very comfortable en suite bathroom overly compensated this.
