  I did not expect such a good hotel considering it was only a 2 star. Clean, comfortable and good food. - Very enjoyable breakfast. Nice comfy room , lovely Georgian building. Staff very friendly and helpful

  very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night but would definitely go a gain. Very spacious room with three single beds or one double and one single. En suite shower was modern and clean. Breakfast was substantial. Shared table with other guests. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and had a fab sense of humour too !! Rooms clean comfortable and cosy, breakfast very tasty. Owners even gave lift to NEC to save us struggling with parking for the Horse of the Year Show!! Couldn't ask for more !!!

  Excellent location for the NEC. Free parking. We stayed in room 115 on the 1st floor. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We even had a settee. There were tea & coffee making facilities in the room. There was plenty of space in the bathroom, unlike the tiny cramped ones you usually find. We had a very pleasant experience for the 1 night we stayed, and have already re-booked for our next - We like the hotel & appreciate the helpful friendly staff. We would like a more varied food menu in the evening, maybe have steak, salad, fish available. Also maybe boiled eggs available in the morning otherwise breakfast lovely but the croissants were hard, so maybe more varied breads. Best for us is proximity to NEC, good park for walking our dogs & the welcome we always get from Joyce a real treasure for the hotel. Thank u...

  We stayed at the White House because we were going to gardeners world live at the NEC which was only minutes away. We stayed in the family room and we were not disappointed; large, clean and comfy beds and two bathrooms to boot, fantastic! The breakfast was great certainly fills you up.
