    There were two aspects of our stay at Chester's Stone Villa Guest House which I feel are particularly worthy of an especial mention. Firstly, the genuine warmth and sincerity of the owners' hospitality.     As soon as you walk through the front door you are made to feel really welcome. The hosts were wonderful with lots of helpful information regarding the area. The owners are friendly and welcoming, all of the rooms are generous sizes and there is nothing that you need that isn't provided. Vast selection for breakfast which us delicious. Beautiful building and decor and quiet considering on a busy road. It isn't licenced but there is a pub directly opposite. All in all a very charming place

    Well appointed and friendly B&B, close to the city. Spacious room, excellent breakfast, friendly owner and staff. An easy walk to the city centre via the main road or canal side. Just a 25 minute drive from The 'model village' of Port Sunlight and only a 10 minute drive from there to Birkenhead and the ferry to Liverpool.     The landlord is new and very welcoming, we were on a xmas lads night out and I booked 2 triple rooms, which I have to say we're very big and we're great for us .taxi into Chester was £15 We had a meal in the George and dragon across the road and the food was brilliant. On my a - Room was excellent. Clean and homely with lots of character. Towles and linen crisp and spotless. TV/DVD combi with freeview. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. Great value for money. Good 'locals' pub. Village location. Overall, a really comfortable 4 night stay. Going back next week !!!

    It was a lovely place, we requested a ground floor room,(as I use a stick) we were given room 12, the family room, it was a lovely size room, and just off the bar, but nice and quiet. The hote - The rooms were very clean and user friendly. They had obviously recently been refurbished as were the bathrooms. The shower was huge - very luxurious. Loved the friendly atmosphere of the pub area downstairs which also included a heated terrace area out the front. Breakfast was good. Free parking on site. Only 10 minute walk into town.
