Everything was above expectation. friendly staff and excellent service. We really enjoyed the relaxed nature of our stay, enabling us to unwind for a few days. Friendly atmosphere and excellent food. location, cleanliness, friendly. The food was excellent. Accessibility to surrounding areas. the location. The breakfast and the staff were faultless, courteous and most helpful at all times. The rooms were also faultless, although not luxury they were very comfortable and immaculately clean. poor heating for bitterly cold weather. They don't accept children. no other guests which was disappointing as it was over the Christmas holiday and i was hoping to have some social contact. The hotel was quite noisy on occasion (my room was above the bar) and during my stay I experienced each night the "local teenage culture" racing through the village at silly times in the morning which I did not quite expect from such a small village. Cold Rooms; Overpriced; Poor Service; Horrible Food.
