The proprietor, Anna, is a most interesting and friendly person. She combines efficiency with charm and informality. The themed "African Room" was a delight, as was the generous and sumptuous breakfast. Location is excellent; quiet but not far from shops, pubs and so on. -

The staff are very friendly with big smiles. The restaurant staff during the breakfast were very welcoming and the breakfast was so good. The location is very quite and handy to the centre if you have got a car. My son enjoyed it a lot and considered it as one of his best hotel expereinces. It was mention that the car parking is for £8/day but it was for free :) !! Thanks.

Using this form on my smart phone and in section 2 the ratings didn't have markers to show what each circle stood for. I marked the last circle in each category assuming it meant very good or excellent. We were very happy with the generously sized family room, access to the food court and staff.
