Very friendly, helpful staff, both before and after arrival. Spacious well appointed apartment. Parking space. Position regarding local convenience store, nice pub with food, walks along River Cam. It suited my needs perfectly. No teapot...important for avid tea drinkers! Slightly further than we had expected from city centre. I was slightly uncomfortable that someone came into the apartment while I wasn't there, to leave a questionnaire. This felt intrusive.
