Staff were friendly, made us feel very welcome, bedroom was clean,warm and comfortable with all amenities available, there was a personal touch about the place. Breakfast was excellent with a wonderful variety of food on offer including a full English breakfast. The owner's were so friendly and the hotel was extremley clean. The bedroom was a good size with an excellent standard of cleanliness the decor was very pleasing and the breakfast was just right. Room was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Good location. Only stayed 1 night so didn't get the chance to get to know the propietors. Staff friendly at check in and out and also at beakfast. Friendly owners, who try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Excellent breakfast!. The owner is a lovely lady..made you feel like a friend rather than a quest. Family run, very friendly. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and being unfamiliar with the area, we were given clear directions (plus a taxi contact) to the venue of the silver wedding we were attending, as well as directions to the famous market (which is well worth a visit) Breakfast was excellent and Michelle's home-made marmalade just added the finishing touch. Staff polite and professional; they made you feel welcome and the service was personal.It is a nice guest house. Staffs are quite helpful. Breakfast is good. The breakfast was excellent!. Shower water is not strong enough. Cannot get WiFi connecton in the third floor. They should move the WiFi router to the second floor where it is close to the dinning room on top of the kitchen.For the price the room was good but I normally stay at Travellodges etc but I wanted to be within 5 minutes of my client. The shower had low water pressure.room was cold, heating was on a timer in the middle of December. Road noise was intrusive too, and the shower could only be described as a tepid trickle. The room was cold.
