Everything about this B&B was excellent. We were greeted by Angela and Lee who were very friendly and helpful. The Houndapitt is set amongst rolling hills and you get a sense of peacefulness as soon as you arrive. Although placed in a countryside setting this B&B is only 5 minutes drive from a beach. The room was excellent with what appeared to be a newly furbished en-suite and the beds were comfortable (we were in a twin room). Breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for A.

When we arrived we were greeted by the owners who were so accommodating. We had a peaceful nights sleep in a lovely comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and you could have anything you wanted. If anyone can find anything to grumble about this place then they really need to get a life. Nice and new but rooms not large, bathroom was over a passage although it was only for our use and very small. Not any room for cases, fortunately we left ours in the car and had only small bags. Hosts were helpful and very pleasant and new to the business. We did enjoy our stay though and would recommend if you were in the vicinity and not travelling for a long time with large suitcases as we were. The owners were very welcoming and the rooms were newly done and very comfortable. The B&B is in a beautiful spot in the countryside, but a short drive to the the seaside. The games room was a great bonus as there were things to do if it rained. The proprietors were extremely friendly and welcoming. All guests had full use of the holiday parks facilities situated 100m down the road. Extremely clean and well maintained. Fantastic breakfast. Wonderful setting. Games room on site.
