From going in the door we felt at home and everything we might need or want was available. The room was large spacious and very comfortable.
Pat was a lovely woman who made us feel welcome and even rearranged where we could eat to accommodate my needs. great meal too.

Hot water was not very hot & bath took a long time to run (but shower excellent).
The only thing that could have been better was the water pressure in the shower, but it's really not an issue.
