On arrival my check was done fast and as I arrived early before my check in time, the room attendant left his work cleaning another room and cleaned my room so I can get early access and though if he wanted he could have said to come back later.
After a very long day of work related, I had dinner in the Tamasha restaurant! I will recommend their chicken shashlik 1 million percent, I am of South Asian but this was the best chicken shashlik I have ever had and will 1 million percent be going to s. all reviews
The staff were very good and looked after me very well. As its also a restaurant I ate there as well with 3 other business colleagues and the food was fantastic.
The room was very clean and the bed linen was freash and the towels where lovely. the breakfast was fine.
I liked having breakfast in the room. Also, the room service was good - and the curry was delicious!.
The room was modern and spotless. The Restaurant served the most
wonderful, authentic. Indian food.
we felt hotel was central for us as we were visiting family in Bickley.
liked the room service breakfast in your room the morning.
Friendly staff , convenient.
good food and service.
Good location within walking distance to Bromley center
Free car park
Reasonable price.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Good value for money.
I like the room nice and clean very relaxing.
Bar area, friendly staff.
The hotel is well located in Bromley, and its possibly one of the lowest costing hotels there.
Budget price and good but expensive restaurant.
Not much choice of hotel in the area though.
Romm clean enough.
Location was good.
Clean sheets.
The price.
Every thing was good so I have no comments for any dislikes.
you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to your room as there is no lift.
The set breakfast served to your room. Some choice would be nice,
but was fine.
would have preferred a small table in room for breakfast.
nose off the fans out side the room window.
breakfast very limited.
I could not fault it in any way.
No towels in room
Felt like staff had better goings to do
Poor wifi.
Wi Fi did not work.
I don't like the shower there's no pressure on it.. and breakfast not that good..
Sheets were not very clean.
The staff are not helpful, the hotel has no elevator, and while my wife was alone struggling to carry the stroller to our room on the 2nd floor the guys from the staff saw her and never bothered providing any help.
The place is not really clean, and the hotel has bad smell.
The breakfast is the same every day, exactly the same.
Staff surely attitude. Reception locked on arrival/departure was more like a B&B. Bfast included but no choice as brought to room. Room very small.
Booking was messed up as they double booked and rang my wife at home insisting I hadn't arrived and then argued with me.
Very overpriced restaurant food, with a surcharge of 12,5% for service that is written very tiny on the menu. Staff quite rude with hotel guests who check in during dinner hours (when they're busy with the restaurant). There's no wifi despite it is advertised.
Room was in poor condition.
Four flights of stairs and one of us was slightly disabled, not advised of this.
Wardrobe broken.
Music from restaurent made conversation in the room hard.
Bathroom needed cleaning.
Two few blankets room was very cold.
Milk in the room was sour.
The toilet in no. 20 smelt like a public men's loo.
Tiny room, Breakfast never arrived, with no one to complain to, No lamp in the room, industrial air conditioning for the restaurant kitchens right outside bedroom window running alll night, I don't recommend it as a place to stay.
The squeaky bed, poor breakfast and having to provide photo id.
