    The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. The provision of fresh coffee and fruit in the rooms was a wonderful idea.     I loved the cosmopolitan atmosphere, the helpful staff, and the specialtouches such as cafetiere in the room with real coffee and real tea, andeven a bowl of fruit.     The room I stayed in again was a wonderful size. The staff are alwaysfriendly and welcoming. This is the second time I have stayed here andwould have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. - We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who allocated a lovely room with great view.     Easy booking friendly new owners from Poland. Who were putting in the extra effort to make a go it. Small rooms but new furniture and fittings. Breakfast was very flexible.     The rooms were really nicely decorated and really clean. I did not really see any of the staff as I was out for most of the day but the room was cleaned and the tea and coffee "topped up". The fact it is self catering enabled me to save a fortune on eating out, the kitchen was well stocked with clean appliances and all the utensils/crockery/cutler... what people say » y you would need. My room also had a fridge in it which was great if you wanted to keep your food seperate from the main kitchen. Would highly recomme - we had been held up in traffic coming away from the ballon festival Fiaz was very kind and ensured what ever the time of arrival we would be welcomed, Fiaz had left the lights on for us and ensured the property was opened so that we didnt have to worry about waking anybody else at 1am. Very thoughtful and understanding owners we would defiantly stay again and highly reccomend to our friends and family
