Amazing!!! What more can I say. Darren thank you so much for the wonderful stay we had with you for my partners birthday. Both myself and my partner have allergies to cows milk but darren went above and beyond to ensure my partner had soya milk at breakfast and I had lacto free milk. Breakfast was out of this world never seen a continetal breakfast spread like it (and prob never will again. Unless we stay at the Morelands of course). A big thank you to Darren and the staff at The Moreland for a lovely and thoroughly relaxing weekend. Our room was cosy and modern, and we took far too much advantage of the complimentary chocolates (back to the gym today!). We loved the huge DVD collection, which was a thoughtful touch especially useful on a rainy Saturday afternoon. The breakfast was divine, far nicer than your average ‘continental’ offering and very filling. Darren was a great host, patiently telling us about all the must do.
Just came back from 4 nights in the Moreland and really enjoyed the
experience. I was scared as always had been staying in hotels but this
place has nothing to envy them. Service is perfect and Darren is
amazing. From the minute we entered the B&B we were delighted. The
room was perfect with everything you need and with one of the best beds
I have ever found. Breakfast did not have a hot section but it did not
bothered us. We wanted to pay with a different credit card on check out,
but we g.
We stayed at The Moreland for only 1 Night and absolutely enjoyed it! Darren was really helpful, very welcoming and we loved the Decor of the House! Every room looked different but they were all amazing and even had DVD-players and a huge DVD library free to use for guests! Was great as it rained! :) Breakfast was absolutely lovely, we were spoilt for choice with even smoked salmon and parma ham! Would love to stay here again. Thanks Darren!.
Darren,the owner, and his staff/assistant are extremely friendly and
helpful and run a very efficient and welcoming hotel and are on hand
should you need any help or information. The rooms are constantly been
updated to maintain a high standard and a very comfortable environment,
with all the essentials you are ever likely to need. Very central for
all the amenities and a stay at the Moreland will not disappoint. A
great stay.
Our stay was absolutely lovely! The hotel was very nice: friendly people,the room and the bathroom were very clean, fresh towels every day, delicious breakfast (with salmon and bagels!). Our room was on the top floor, under the roof. Though it was a little warm sometimes, it didn't really bother us. We would definitely go again!.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of cold meats, cheeses and varied selection of breads,plus cereals and fresh fruit. I would not hesitate to reccomend this hotel for a visit to Brighton.
Location couldn't be better. Decoration superb. Delicate attentions like snacks (included) in the room or sweets in the hall. The host, Darren, is extremely kind & helpful and the place getting always better thanks to his constant efforts. Breakfast excellent. We loved it. Superb !.
Darren the host was so helpful and went out of his way to answer any questions for us. All the extras in the room were a bonus and breakfast variety was more than you could ask for. Bed, pillows, room size and bathroom were all fantastic. We just wished we could have stayed longer.
I loved everything about the place, especially how clean it was. The towels were so clean and smelled so fresh and nice.The internet connection was great. The hotel is in a prefect location, close to the city center and the beach as well. The staff - excellent!!!.
The owner was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area. The rooms were very clean, well equipped and the complimentary confectionary and drinks were a great touch. The breakfasts were fantastic, a great selection and very fresh.

It can be noisy with the windows open on a street facing room - but that was somewhat to be expected for a Friday night. A potential future improvement could be to add air conditioning to the rooms so the windows can stay shut on the warmer and humid days.
