A good position near the sea front. The Food in the restaurant was excellent, and The Bar Staff were very polite helpful and efficient. Size of the room. Breakfast was good. Location was good although alongside a main road. Facilities. Location, near to town centre and also plenty of golfing offers for future stays. good room size; very comfortable; restaurant was excellent.
all reviews » Freindly staff , good service. itts at the right end of bridlington for us to stay like the hotel and that it has entertainment stayed a number of times before. Proximity to town centre and beach - could see the sea. very clean spacious room. Good location; cooked breakfast good. Check in and check out was quick.Central Location. Nothing stands out as we arrived late and left early. Could not park in the hotel parking area at first. Had to wait until there was a space. Very limited toiletries ie shampoo, soap in the bathroom. And the fridge didn't work.The room was over the lounge bar area which had a band until past midnight. We were charged for a newspaper which did not arrive. Limited parking, price of room was £88, for this price I would expect breakfast.was very hot when we were there (not the hotel's fault) and a fan or air conditioning would have been very useful. just small things. the toilet seat was broken,shaving light didnt work, tissue box fell off the wall when pulling a tissue out. apart from these small things everything else was ok. the restaurants food is wonderful but as on the last visit to hotel did not eat there as too expensive fancy and did not listen to our requests on food unsuitable for me to eat. The heating was not on in the room before we arrived - we spent the first hour in our coats!. One of the three most uncomfortable hotel beds ever. More like a holiday camp than a quality hotel. Sunday afternoon bingo!. The hotel represented the worst value for money I have ever experienced; receptionist was surly; continental breakfast was cold toast and stale croissants.Price - it's London prices in Bridlington! Didn't even get a biscuit on the hospitality tray! Shower was so dated, and with no instruction it took me a little while to work out how to use it. Would have thought with the prices that they charged they could have afforded to update it to a more modern version. Noise from bar entertainment and no lounge facility for relaxation or meeting.The room quality did not match the rpice and the decor and facilities were dated. It was also on a noisy main road, not mentioned anywhere, frequented by drunks, some of whom were guests in the hotel.
