Everything! The rooms were full of character and contained everything you'd need. The staff were very helpful and the food was great! The price was nothing to complain about either!. Overall it was one of the best three star hotels I have stayed in. By far better than many four star rated hotels. Central location in the town, fantastic room with a sitting room as well.

We also got a four poster bed instead of a standard room.The comfort of the room, and the attitude of the staff, nothing was too much of a problem for them,. No parking at the hotel, but they do provide a permit for the town car parks, which are not too far away. no parking space close to hotel!!!. carparking. no parking in centre of busy welsh town. municipal car park at rear, bags had to be carried across road, down steps into building during very rainy day. we then had to go back to put money in meter and before breakfast had to feed metre before we could eat and enjoy the excellent food available.On leaving we carried our bags back to the car park fortunately the rain had stopped. Parking was a bit of a hassle. Service at breakfast was slow to say the least.There should be parking available even if you have to pay for it. It'skind of ridiculous that we had to wake up at 8am to put money in themeter and then have to move the car by 10am. There should be someplaceto park. Also the front desk staff should have more information aboutwhat is on in the area instead of sending us to tourist informationespecially as it was closed. Possibly better bedding i.e duvet and firmer pillows, really needs parking.only 1 rude bar maid. Only that my room was very warm and I could not adjust the radiator ,I did not report it as I was only staying the two nights. No parking facility. Our room looked out onto the High Street and with a cashpoint opposite - therefore loads of alcohol induced behaviour and street noise until 3am - a typical Saturday night in Brecon then. No sleep however. the noise made by locals late at night. There was no parking. One room was in the attic with 2 small skylights and the only way out was down the main staircase to the floor below. Not happy incase of fire! Did not sleep!. No space for parking. Noise from nearby bars in street, poor maintenance. I booked a double family room but had to spend one night in a twin room due to a problem with the booking. nobody ever on reception so I could not get back my £10 deposit that I paid for the parking permit, I found a piece of metal in my breakfast which did not help the way I felt the rest of the day.
