The whole experience of Palm Hills was exceptional, as someone whotravels alot it is rare to find a hotel where you are completelysatisfied with every aspect. Also, as a female who stays in hotelsalone this is one of the few hotels where I slept comfortably feelingsafe and secure.It is very stylish and comfortable. Also very quiet as it is tucked away off the main road by a long driveway and many old trees. Breakfast was excellent with hot food and good smooth coffee.all reviews

But not a massive issue.Nothing it was a little bit of heaven. Plumbing was extremely noisy. Also the soundproofing was non-existent, you could hear your neighbours in their room.noise of pumps for the water system and acoustic of the recepetion and funnel up the stairs and transmitt thorugh the flooring thus giving the effect that the converstaion is in your room not n the hall way or reception. Difficult to find in the dark. Needs a brighter sign at the roadside. There was no shower in the Room I had, However a big bath was available. Minor points only. The rooms could do with a little more thought about functionality and a little less about how it looks. This does not detract from the hotel generally being a nice place to stay.bathroom was dirty room was in an annexe and the walls were so thin we heard every word said in the next room we had to moved also no window except covered velux, no information re breakfast etc in room and coffee maker dirty and not refilled. there were no decent facilities in room. Was woken up at 5.30 a, due to no blinds at velux window, was unable to get ready for ascot properly diue to no mirrir in room, only bathroom - For 150.00 the room was incredibly basic.
