Reception warm and welcoming.Rooms excellent, ours was huge, the ensuite very clean-very impressed at having fresh towels and shower curtain on the first morning, especially as only staying for two nights. Very accessible to all amenities, clean room and clean bathroom.
Accessible room downstairs was provided as I was on crutches and couldn't do stairs, it had a separate entrance on to flat terrain which was a lot easier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. -
