Finding a park but thats due to it being so close to the center of town. Top floor a little tricky when carrying luggage. The room was small. I didn't care because I travelled alone, but it would be an issue if I was with somebody. Otherwise perfect.had to pay extra to have a cooked breakfast, for the amount charged for the room felt this option could have been made available free of charge. There was a mix up regarding the cost of the hotel but it was staightened out.5 flights of stairs and 65 steps to my room, the last flight very steep. Room small, bed covers and cushions had to be left on the floor overnight as there was nowhere else. Shower very small, a fat person wouldn't get in, but perhaps a fat person wouldn't get up the stairs. Room very warm - even in November, and I had to use the air conditioning frequently. Phone in the room didn't work. Not enough electrical sockets for lamp, clock and kettle and I had to juggle them to use the kettle. The shower was not user friendly. Internet didn't work and the fan in the bathroom stayed on for 1.5 hours after I turned the light out - kept me awake for ages. The single room is quite small. it expensive.Overpriced for what was provided. Thought we were getting a superior double for the price but got a double room only. Room was extremely small, shower was cramped, no bath, very poor value for money.

From the East and North:
- Exit the M4 at Junction 18. Follow the A46 towards Bath.
- After about 12 km take the A4 towards the city for about 1.5 km where you should turn left into the A36 towards Warminster.
- Drive about 500 m until you reach a mini-roundabout. Turn right and take the next filter lane on the right which takes you into Great Pulteney Street.
- The guest house is in the third block on your left at number 69.
