  Facilities were great - used the swimming pool every day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent quality food - booked bed and breakfast but after eating in on the 1st night didn't want to go anywhere else. - The Staff were always helpful, it was quiet and anice place to relax, and yet easy to travel to visit the area around.

  The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. There was a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The superior bedroom was clean, spacious and the daily letter on weather forecast left on the bed was very helpful in planning activities. Food was very good - but has proved bad for the waistline!! The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. the bathroom was well appointed with an amazing shower. the highlight though was the food and drink, an incredible atmosphere in the bar with real ales and whiskies galore. The food in the Bistro and restaurant is fantastic! we WILL be back!

  The staff were very friendly and attentive.The grounds are superb and if you want simply to relax and do nothing the public rooms are delightful places to spend time. - The staff and service were exceptional.   Claire and steve where really lovely and very helpful... nothing was to much trouble...the room was lovely and very clean.. bed very very comfy... steves breakfast in the morning was gorgeous and set us up for a days mountain biking. ...
