  I stayed overnight with my mother after having surgery at the first trust hospital. The hotel was very clean, spacious , modern and comfortable and the service we received was excellent. The night porter was very friendly and good to us when we got up at 5am for breakfast before leaving that morning. The only thing is when booking online make sure... what people say » you ring to confirm your room type, I had selected a twin room and we got a double room. Didnt matter too much as there was a sofa bed. Overall very - Your staff were so friendly and helpful and I would certainly recommend your hotels. This was nothing to do with your staff at your Hotel When we got out of the lift on to the 1st floor there was a distinctive smell of smoke that some one had been smoking on that floor. We informed your staff at your check in desk who were quick to action a member of staff to investigate the smell and also introduced the person to us.
