  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was welcoming, the room well appointed and comfortable with the central heating being turned on when necessary. - very quiet at night, so had a good night sleep which is very rare in some hotels!

  for the price the welcome tray does not have any substantial food items - breakfast tray was better for an apartment a normal supply of tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits as per all hotels which usually have a cooked breakfast for the price - 1. Polite staff 2. Faultless servicing
