The welcome was fantastic as was the room. The staff were out of this world as was the food. I have travelled extensively in both my personal life and business life, I would highly recommend this for either business or pleasure it was a true delight.

Welcoming staff, helpful throughout our stay. Room clean, tidy , secure, well equipped. Breakfast, excellent selection, individually cooked. Dinner delicious. A very relaxed atmosphere.
The hotel room was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. The evening meal was very nice. A very nice hotel for a weekend away. But for business use I reserve judgement.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel, the only suggestion would be to look at the WiFi connectivity if possible.
I used the hotel for business and in this day and age, wifi is a must in a hotel. The download speed was hopeless, dial up would have been quicker.The breakfast server/receptionist on the morning of checkout was obviously upset with someone else, but took it out on us. Being asked for a second cup of coffee was a major effort. On checking out she reappeared. not once was any eye contact made. everything was an effort. Reminded me of a stroppy teenager.

The car park was full so parking not good......needed to park on the grass verge outside the hotel.
