  Stayed here on the way to Glastonbury festival last week, ideal location about 40mins away from site. axebridge is lovely little village with everything you need in one square, ideal hotel, clean and faultless! More importantly the staff went above and beyond for us, the girls at reception were really helpful (sorry didn't take their names), even ... what people say » helping us with directions for the following day, was handy havin a local's point of view! Seriously can't stress how impressed we were with this plac - This B & B is lovely. The staff and food make this place shine. The design/decor is tasteful and compliments the age and style of the building. The restaurant food is complex, tasty and although portions sizes are small, because of the richness in the food it is sure to fill you up! The wine list is very reasonable and there is a good selection of wines to choose from. We would defiantly stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

  The town will remain in my mind as one of the sweetest places I saw in the UK. We loved Axbridge! This was a charming place and the lady who runs reservoir view was a very lovely person. We very much enjoyed meeting her dogs in particular as well as the goats and alpacas out the back! the bathroom was clean and the water pressure good, the towels ... what people say » fluffy and the beds comfy. - Pleasent rooms, not to big. and they have lovely friendly dogs. No frills nice clean comfy rooms and they run the local taxi firm. only stayed one night, was attending a wedding so didn't get to see much of the area. would go back.

  Staff were very friendly - just wish the restaurants associated with Premier Inns would change their menu. It was close to Bristol Airport but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. The staircase - yes I know it is an old building - from reception is a little steep to get bags up and down. - helpful friendly staff, good food, good atmosphere,... what people say » quiet outside the rooms at night, good car parking, everything was excellent except for the bed

  The couple that have taken over (a week ago) were absolutely brilliant - really helpful, put balloons up as we were celebrating, really accomodating with our ever changing plans. Really really pleased with the whole experience - I loved completely everything, can trully recommend to everyone!!!
