  Great host, very attentive and friendly. Always happy to give tips and ideas on things to do in the local area with great breakfast. Really enjoyed the Scottish salmon with scrambled eggs on toast. Rothiemurchus is also not far away, within walking distance with a lot of things to do and see. Certainly recommended the Aviemore Hillside Lodge if you´re staying in Aviemore for the weekend o - My partner and I Read reviews before going to stay here,views were mixed but majority were in favour,after meeting maggie and then shown to room we both find it staggering anyone can have a bad word about this place,it was a fabulous place and very modern and comfortable,the breakfast was also first class,thank you maggie and you shall see us again.

  We've had a fantastic time. We organised Tesco to deliver our shopping on the first night and stayed in and cooked most nights after long days skiing on Cairngorm. (Which is an easy 15 min drive away). The apartment was warm and cosy but very spacious. The 2 main bedrooms have large wardrobes for all your things and one has an ensure too. The... what people say » 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds in it. Comfortably sleeps 6 + a baby. The utility room with washing machine is very handy after a day doing the outd - I also had a young child and unable to comment on the question regarding staff. This was due to the fact booked on-line. Arrival and Departure was self administered via key-code to property so no requirement for staff. Loved the property, it's location and ease of booking and arrival and departure procedure - seamless. Looking forward to return stay.

  The staff were very friendly and had a good laugh. The apartment was spacious and very good value for money. Couldn't be in a better location for getting to the centre of Aviemore. Perfect for family breaks or with friends. - We've been to many B&B's and hotels but this surpassed all of our expectations.   A warm welcome, with an open fire in the guest lounge, good whiskies in the bar and a very comfortable room all made for an excellent stay. The house is at the end of its own private drive just outside the town, so it is nicely secluded and quiet, with views of the Cairngorn mountains, but easy walking distance to the towns facilities.   Very enjoyable stay in Aviemore and would thoroughly recommend Silverglades for your base. A very convenient location and all facilities in the apartment were to a high standard.
