We liked everything! The suites are perfect, with lovely appointments. The owners are exceptionally helpful and friendly. It's very very clean. It's close to everything at Waterhead and only a mile from Ambleside, with good bus service to everywhere in the Lake District. I'd return to the Lake District just to stay at the Quaysiders Club. Great location. I loved the couch as it was really squishy and comfortable. The shower was neat because you could program it to the exact temperature and pressure you wanted it. The provided coffee, milk, biscuits, and hot chocolate were _sublime_. The free WiFi was a great perk. Wonderful ambiance for small get-togethers.

I would highly recommend this complex as an excellent base to explore ambleside and its surroundings. The accommodation was clean and comfortable at Quaysiders Club. We had an excellent meal at Dodd's restaurant in Ambleside and would recommend this to other customers. Fantastic food and great value for money. The staff were very friendly , the rooms were clean tidy and very cosy , we were even asked if we would like the heating left on all night . We would definitely stay there again . Location for visiting the Lakes District. Fairly large room. position and cleanliness of room, friendly and helpful staff. Location, staff helpful, facilities, clean, tv. Everything! staff very helpful and friendly. It was comfortable, it served a purpose. The location is great. Clean and helpful caretaker. Nothing except the road out. I can't think of a single thing that wasn't perfect. The bed only had a comforter over the fitted sheet, but that was not really a problem because the rooms were warm enough. Also, the front desk was happy to give extra sheets if needed. the appartment and staff were faultless. There was nothing we did not like. The bathroom was very small and in need of modernisation. It would of been nice to have a bed & breakfast facility. No dislikes. Nothing. no B&B option. No breakfast (my oversight), pool a bit small. Photos extremely misleading, give the impression of a room with a kitchen. Pool can only be described as a plunge pool, hot tub isn't a hot tub, its a extension to the tiny pool. WiFi is difficult to connect to as well. Everything. I stayed in a room, not an apartment. It's a con. This is NOT a hotel & the 2 bedrooms they let out should not be passed off as such. There are no services - no food, no Bar, no Reception (manned). Roadside room ground floor - no room to swing a cat.. TV didn't work. Hot, so opened window which opened so wide that an intruder could get in. I left after 1 night & lost £100. I also cancelled the same room booked for 3 days later for my colleague & lost £200.
