  The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the staff were very polite and helpful. There were 11 of us on a stag weekend and the staff told us all the best places to go and the best way around the city.   I was given a free up grade as it was my wedding night. The room I wasgiven was fantastic. My new wife and I were more than pleased with theway we were treat. Thank you. - Excellent rooms which match a four star grade hotel. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Close to Metro Centre. Friends were upgraded to executive room.

I loved the site - by the river with wonderful views (especially at night), The hotel building was lovely - very attractive/welcoming exterior, wonderful interior design - very different and homely at the same time. My room on the 7th floor was wonderful - beautifully and thoughtfully furnishe - Every hotel has it's own personality but share a common set of standards and values... all very high. I like the wine list... Manchester had a special wine list which I would have liked to see in Newcastle. Young but not 'trendy'. The staff seem happy to be there!
