The staff were excellent at the hotel. After being very confused and taken to the other Premier Inn where the staff did not have a clue how we could get to the other hotel as they said they did not have a shuttle the staff att he hotel I had booked difused the situation and granted us free shuttle service for the next day. I would stay there again
... what people say » without hesitation. - My husband was admitted to hospital and we were unable to continue our holiday. The head housekeeper took me to the hospital and offered to pick me up. They were just fantastic. I was able to stay for a second night without any problem abnd as I was unsure when my husband would be out of hospital they were happy to keep the room open for me.

a Premier Inn tucked away in woodland so close to Gatwick Airport was a

Comfortable beds and in a very peaceful area considering its so close to the airport. Great restaurant facilities and lovely garden to sit in. Loved that it was set in the grounds of 14th Century manor house. Free parking too!

We stayed here for a few hours before getting a 4am lift to Gatwick airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shuttle bus service is excellent. £3 each way from the airport to the hotel. There is a very good restaurant at the nearby Premier Inn which is 5 mins walk away if you don't want to eat at the Ibis, we had very good steaks there.

It is a real hotel, and it rescued our holiday in London! There were quiet room, clean carpet and bedding, nice staffs... We felt we were very welcomed at this hotel. Moreover, it is budget-friendly as compared to others. If we had known it earlier, we would choose to stay here and travel to the city everyday rather than staying in the downtown.

This hotel is perfectly located directly outside the North Terminal
entrance nearby to the South Terminal shuttle which connects to the
train into London, It is also close by bus services into nearby Crawley.
We stayed here for one night either side of our holiday out of Gatwick and both stays were pleasant with clean rooms including a comfortable bed. The rooms were quiet with no outside noise or disturbance in the corridors. Check-in was swift using the check in computer terminals with staff

The atmosphere was really friendly and the staff made you feel very welcome. The food was very good and the service was first class. The only point was that our room was quite a distance from the front door and as my husband was a smoker, he had quite a long way to go for a smoke. I would most certainly use this hotel when travelling again. -

The blonde girl serving on the bar was fantastic, very helpful and looked like she actually enjoyed her work. The fact she is gorgeous as well is just a bonus! - Hotel receptionists very helpful. Great to have frequent bus transfer to the terminals and rail station.

and the owner pre-ordered an early morning taxi for me the next day.

Very close to the airport and so convenient - walking distance. I felt safe landing alone very late at night and saved on taxi/mini bus expenses. Breakfast in bed early in the morning on day of departure at no further expense. Fabulous cooked breakfast.
