Warm welcome on arrival, and very friendly and helpful staff. Staff very helpful allowed us to check-in earlier than stated. We could leave our luggage safe for a few hours after we checked-out. Room had a lovely view and was very comfortable. A warm and inviting hotel situated on a bus line to take you to Dundee with 10 minutes. We stayed 2 nights. Our room was clean and had ensuite privileges. Staff were pleasant and accomodating when we showed up a few hours prior to the check in time. The hotel has a lounge/bar area, a sunroom, patio and a restaurant. All meals were fabulous. -

Liked the little touches - nice bathrobes,slippers provided, coffee/tea tray. Staff in the bar were lovely. Lovely breakfast, served a bit earlier for us as we had a fishing trip booked and needed to leave 10-15mis after breakfast should start.
