i was very pleasantly surprised at how really nice the ibis was, i did,nt know what to expect but from my arrival to my checking outi could find no faults with the hotel or the staff. i whave since booked into both the ibis at swansea and at whitechapel london. i would not hesitate to reccomend the ibis hotels to my friends.

I was a visitor from Australia who had previously lived in Clevedon for a short time. I found the hotel staff to be very helpful and friendly, and the hotel comfortable. The location (I had a room overlooking the Bristol channel) with the added bonus of being able to watch the tame pheasants and squirrels and other sundry birds below my bedroom window, was idyllic.
