First time in a new place, i'll be sure to return. Staff were friendly and helpfull. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Great breakfast !!. , its location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good tv, good communication with staff before visit. the best point was been able to come and go when we pleased. No shower in shared bathroom. I thought I would have an en-suite, but had to share a toilet and shower room with quite a lot of people. The room was inadequately furnished; it had no bedside table or lamp and no chair, as I had to use the chair for a bedside table! The duvet was too thin for the time of year. The water was a bit cool at times and added to the chill.We were moved to another hotel, rooms rather Spartan, door to bathroom next to my room squeaked so every time some one used it it made a noise, given drink facilities but no cup. we were all put into one house when we got there we were given 3 dubble rooms and 1 singel , we had booked 4 dubbel and when questioned we were told if we wonted a nother dubble we could have one but it would not of been in the same location as ares,.
