  Was a bit wary given the bad reviews, but this was a fantastic experience. Lovely old castle with modern facilities, friendly staff, peaceful location with large grounds, huge beds, superb breakfast, and the gym and pool facilities were top class. Great value for money. - Attended a birthday party at a function suite close to Ardo House

  Thank you for the complimentary upgrade to Platinum. A little noisy this trip with bmx next door but they stopped at nine. Had stayed at many hotels with no lift so my mother in law was pleased to have one at your hotel. Had a nice meal with friends downstairs.   Staff were professional, very friendly. Room was lovely and clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with Molton Brown toiletries. Well equipped with iron, hair dryer, refreshment tray, flat screen tv, free wi fi.
