Being quite modest in look and facilities the hotel provides an
outstanding service, the staff is extremely friendly - we enjoyed a warm
welcome with baklava and tea/coffee, they parked our car and helped
out a lot with finding a good place to eat. As for the rooms, there were
a hair dryer, shower gel, slippers and mini-bar (though no alcohol) in

Perhaps the perfect locatıon for Gazıentep vısıt. I have been travelıng ın Turkey for 3 months and thıs mıght be the best value-for-money hotel I have stayed at. I am a budget traveler; I don't expect luxury but I do expect professıonalısm. That's what I encountered at every step of my stay.

The staff were extremely helpful. I had to leave very early and check
in very late and they made an exception for me very kindly. The hotel
was very cheap but at the same time comfortable. The taxis that I
took from the hotel were also much cheaper than the taxis normally
are in diyarbakır (they usually over-charge because they do not use a

Aziz is one of the most interesting people I met in my life. He's
the best staff in Birkent hotel. The Hotel is cheap, clean and near to
Sightseeing'S. My Room was big. For Family's they have even
bigger rooms. The Staff in Birkent hotel is very friendly, they help
always if you need something.

very good hotel. nice location at downtown, every thing is near by, the staff are very good friendly and supportive, one of the good point that head of the receptionist (Tanju Uskan) speaks English fluently which help me allot especially that he is friendly and provide good support.
