We stayed in this hotel, with my family in the middle of august (5 days). The hotel staff is very helpful, although not many of they were speaking English. They have helped us right from the hotel entrance, with car parking and to carried our luggage in the room. The hotel was clean, with indoor swimming pool, private beach with sun beds and umbrellas, hamam and sauna, fitness room and spa. The swimming pool was nice but we were forced to put swimming hats on whilst swimming. Our room was clean.
all reviews » i stayed in this hotel recently in june 13. stay at this nice hotel with an excellent location was really great. facilities at hotel including the rooms, large swimming pool, spa etc were all nice and well maintained. breakfast was very nice with quite a large variety of menu. places around the hotel that is kumburgaz is also very interesting to walk around with a friendly neighbourhood. access to main istanbul is very easy and takes around an hour or so. staff was too helpful specially eilf. i. The hotel was clean, the view from the room spectacular (it's on the beachfront), pool, hamam and sauna clean and nice and no noise from the road. Didn't try the sea. Close to the road can be used as a base either for Tuyap or other nearby places provided you have a car. Free and easy parking. Staying here if you want to visit Istanbul is a bad idea since its you are far away from the city center. In general: satisfied - good value for your money. They accept euros. The facilities of this hotel exceeded our expectation. My family all enjoyed the ocean view from our room, very cool air conditioning, huge swimming pool, small pools for kids, and stable hot water very much. The beach is very clean and safe for kids. The bath tub is very handing for kids to take bath. Food of their restaurant has fair prices. Hotel, room and location are like in description, matching our expectancy. The language was not a barrier in communication as long as the services fulfilled our needs by the all levels of personnel, including the car parking. Don't mind if you're asked to leave the car key and your passport to the reception... that's will be okay. We wanted to stop somehwere close to Ist airport for a few days and relax on a beach side resort. blue world hotel was just perfect staff really friendly hotel super clean the beach was nice and the breakfast was amazing (i am italian and i love my food)24 hours room service. the staff, mainly one receptionist called Vulkan and a waiter called Umit, They are the heart of the place. Vulkan was the only receptionist that could speak English, He was always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for us.The manager was very friendly too. Everything was nice. Staff is good, location is ok, beach and spa are good. Special thanks for Mr. Erol and Ms. Elif from hotel's persons. They were very attentive and careful. I'll recommend that hotel for my friends and I'll stay there in future as well. This Hotel reflects 4 stars quality the room was clean with a small balcony and 360 sea virw and staff was helpfull and respectfull, I would recommend this hotel to a couple who wants to relax and enjoy a warm sea. The room is very comfortable and nice with beautiful sea view. Receptionists and restaurant servers are very helpful and very kind. Also，we enjoy the sauna a lot. Personally，I highly recomended it. Good for relaxing Good for walking in the evening Good and simple people. The hotel is on the sea side with good pool, it's great destination for summer time. Only instant coffee, no fruits. Breakfast could be better... Despite the satisfactorily quality of the food, the menu was poor in choices (almost nothing for vegetarians) and the quite expensive beer and alcoholic drinks prices. only one little down side staff dont speak really good english but hey they understand little basic so was ok. I think that in an international Hotel , the staff should have some knowledge of foreign languages.They only speak turkish apart from the two members of staff mentioned before. the food was not up to standard for a 4 star hotel ,the rest was ok. The music on the beach is too loud and plays all day long. the colok is broken in my room. location lets it down- very run down area. Room could have been cleaner, internet connection was not fast enough. I didn't like how disorganised the day-time waiters were. They would serve us the food without the required cutlery, and the cutlery was served without a napkin, they would bring the water without a glass and it was warm most of the time. But the night-time workers were very much organised. not clean beach. Internet speed was slow. It was quite season, no wonder the breakfast was a bit poor, overall was good. Most of the staff dont speak any language but turkish Although the area is a place for tourests The beach was awful and has a lot of algae and so dirty And I think its a three stars not four. I ordred Calamar, I waited more than 30 min, then they brang me very old Calamar and I couldn't even smell it not it it. I asked to cancel the order. When I went for check out they added Calamar fees in the invoice. Small fight then they deleted. My friends took burgers it was correct. I didn't like the smell of smoke in the rooms. The location is far away from everything. Staff English level poor. Very Weak airconditioning system. Breakfast fair to poor Location on the beach but no shopping centre in the vicinity. The hotel smells bad, the food is not good, poor service. Very cold and loud ambience,smokey air in the hotel ,food; poorly choice. 1) Location was too far away from the city. 2) No one spoke English 3) Air conditioning was not strong enough 4) Beach is not suitable for swimming : Full of Algae and plants 5) Basic facilities including paper tissues were not available. Toilet paper was only available on request 6) Requested a non-smoking room but the room was not: the smoke smell was very obvious.
