Communications with site management throughout the booking process were crisp and complete and when we arrived in Istanbul, the management team text'ed after our landing asking if we needed anything and that they would expect us shortly, giving us their cell number in case we had any questions. Running all the day to visit the city , for tourism or business, the return to the apartment (more space, balcony, lovely view of Istanbul) give a great time to end the day. Taxi is nearby, but be aware of heavy Şişli traffic, you might have to take alternative routes even to reach the nearest location. The size of the place the security. there are no good places or attractions that can be reached on foot, so you have to use taxi all the times. We didn't like to leave. No thing bad to say about this beautiful place abd staff. air condition sometimes not matching the set temperature. A good 30 mins from centre so you will need to take taxis which can vary in price and may not be great. Best together advice before you leave. the lady there always ask for money against any extra service (like keeping our stuff in their store for 4 hours only )we asked for. she is dealing with very bad driver to deliver us to the sabiha airport. The use of keys ,cards will be much better and easier ,no arabic channels in tv except in some rooms and one or 2 channels only covering news only,wifi is weak in master bedroom. what we don't really liked was the high prices of most things from foods to shopping and transportations but that's coz of there economy and we hope prices will be handy soon for its people and for visitors as well. Nothing. Only the rate little hig I wish to look about it thanks. transportation was a little problem. Hotel is far from metro and bus stations. Taxi drivers were trying to fool you. Security is too much. 1- Lighting at the entrance & corridors very low 2- There is no reception and must communicate with the coordinator through mobile phone only . 3- Taxi Required to reach any shopping center or nice places 4- Only Turkish channels available in tv , And I recommend to have more channels for English and Arabic languages. Since we came the AC was not working.. So first day with no AC and you cant open the window because its so noisey. second day the fixd the livingroom only.. And the rooms remain with no AC for hole stay.. No reception no arabic channel that`s but fraser on the top of your style.
