بصراحة لم اتوقع ان يعجبني الفندق كما هو في الواقع موقع الفندق غاية في الروعة يتوسط العديد من مراكز التسوق يعني لا حاجة الى اية وسيلة مواصلات غير المشي قليلا وكذلك قربه من محطات المترو ، غير الهدوء في الفندق والمنطقة المحيطة به . كما ان الافطار رائع جداً ،وانصح به للذين لا يحبون صخب وضوضاء المدينة وذلك بسبب موقع الفندق بالقرب من البنوك والمراكز الادارية ، وكما توجد بالقرب منه متنزهات وأزقة على النمط العثماني القديم في الجديد . بصراحة فاق توقعاتي ، وانصح به لقضاء شهر العسل ...والسلام عليكم.

By far the best business hotel I've stayed in around Istanbul. Great staff, everything is clean, restaurant is excellent. Levent is the business district of Istanbul and the hotel is smack bang in the middle. All the staff is very friendly, and the facility is very nice. Noise is totally shut out although the hotel is besides the main street, therefore we can sleep very well. Really 5 star hotel every were and every thing: Proffesional stuff, location, Room space, services and equipmentes. The value of money is nothing. A professional business hotel, with kind and quick responding staff to each request, a nice restaurant and comfortable rooms. good location, excellent service, very friendly staff, large rooms, super clean. Receptionists are slow. Checkout took 10mins. Decor from lift area to pool area - too bright but sure young people would like it. Little bit noise coming from the busy street. Location is a bit remote if you are in Istanbul for its historical sites -. The room was extremely hot due to centralized temperature control. When I opened the windows, it was too noisy to sleep. All in all, I could nt manage good sleep due to noise from the main road on both days. Nothing. the spa and health facilities were not in operation. The transport to the hotel take time and not easy. Location, on a very busy street, difficult to get anywhere except by a taxi, un-even side walks from the Hotel to nearest shopping mall. Need extra towells and pillows. As it is by a very busy road, it was very noisy even with windows closed. nothing. Staff apart from Reception, doesn;t know English. Even Spa Reception speaks only in Turkish. Room seems to smell of smoke. Fitness centre is limited and way too warm and no water nor towels are provided. Way too few TV channels in English language. Staff speak limited English. Except 1-2 persons , stuff don't speak fluent english. This cause that I didn't receive what I wanted to eat to my room. Also, I asked for an iron, they didn't have any available, but they didn't call me back to tell me. I called them back after waiting for at least 15 minutes an iron. worst receptionist ever bad staff ignorants. I think when we fix price they should not claim again for exchange rate!. The hotel is on a busy main street and it is not very safe to walk around, you have to take a taxi or drive yourself. I booked the grand (bigger) room but it is too small for the (even discount) price. I think this is a problem with most of the hotels in istanbul, they are too expensive compared with the room sizes and service they offer. The room was too dark. The room smelled cigarette smoke, I think this hotel does not have specific, separate nonsmoking or smoking rooms. Although I booked grand deluxe room, which, on the photos look much bigger than standart rooms, the room was too small for the price. In Western Europe or in the US one pays one third of this price for such small rooms. The location of the hotel is very bad if you are coming to Istanbul for a tourist visit, the pavements around it are uneven and dangerous. They have a tendency of overbooking! Arrived to the hotel at 11.30 at night with a 4 year old and being told we have no room!!! So we had to go and spend the night in another hotel which I definitely wouldnt stay in any other circumstances! Very unprofessional! I am still very angry. i didnt like servise , we call and ask 3 times for tissue and tea but we get nating , on top of it i ask for privet comfortable car to airoport and payed 100 dolor but i got BUS .
