  We stayed here for 2 nights and were very pleased with the accommodation. Briol was an excellent host who spoke English very well. The house itself was very neat and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was standard with egg, bread, tomato, olives, orange, apple, and tea.The 15 min walk to the central fish market provided us with 2 nights full o... what people say » f fresh seafood!!!! - Amazing view of the harbor from the dining area. Very accommodating and friendly hosts. 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants or a 30 second walk to the bus stop. Clean and comfortable.

  You can't beat value for money with this place. The rooms and premises are immaculately clean, the hosts friendly and gracious from sunrise to sunset and the location nice and quiet, away from the crowds but in a safe area. The hosts pay attention to every detail, the rooms are well equipped with many power points, a kettle with coffee sachet s, h... what people say » airdryer, big mirrors and air conditioning. The common areas are large and filled with beautiful plants plus offers of çay at all hours from the hosts - We loved absolutely everything!!! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Monica's home cooking is fantastic, and Tuna is a wealth of information and helped us organise cheap and hassle free adventures! We were only going to stay a couple of nights but we just couldn't leave(for about 2 weeks!) Facilities great, environment chilled out and welcoming, and the location is perfect. Couldn't ask for more, we would definately come back! ps. great wi-fi :)

The hotel consists of several buildings, the rooms are all different, but each is interesting in its own way.   The owner, Samet, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Gave great advice and was a great resource for us who had never been to Turkey before. Nice pool with a super fun water slide. Good location, 10min walk to the beach and short bus ride into the city center. Awesome spot for animal lovers, there are lots of cats and 2 dogs who live on... what people say » the property, makes it feel like home. Value for money is very good. - Location is very good as its 5-10 minute walk. The local bus stop is a stone's throw away and will take you anywhere in Fethiye. The rooms were quite big and could accommodate 4 people easily. The hotel had swimming pool and nice pool table to spend time through out the day and night. Very helpful staff. Overall a very nice experience and we definitely look to visit again.
