When we arrive it was winter and the hotel was little bit quite and less active but once the manager knows about that we r un happy about the atmospher she do her best to reach our satsfacton and we did I like hotel manager mrs jamila and her frindly staff So i advice every body to spend most of there vaccation in fatheya than istanbul bluve me you will injoy alot than istanbul. staffs are very very friendly. View of the sea is brilliant. Decorated on of the room is simple but home-like. Feel very warm and feel at home. Can other take away from the reception which was greatly convenient as we arrived quite late at night and starving.

Very spacious and well equipped apartments, lovely pool, good staff. Room was excellent. Great pool/bar area. Breakfast was very nice. cosy. relax. friendly. Rooms are big and nice, but are not cleaned every day and towels are not changed every day. And it doesnt mention it anywhere unless you ask. Pool is nice for the kids with the slide. Nice room, comfortable, good breakfast. Food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, clean and nice outdoor pool. Room after changing. Only there breakfast is always the same if they can do batter will be best other wise it is ok. Nothing. 1. A bit far from the main restaurants/attractions street, but it is not that bad, considering the ease of transportation (small buses) or even by walking (5-7 minutes walk). There are also small supermarkets close by. The location was a bit far from the main centre but there was a shuttle which was ok. * Most of staff do not speak English. * Breakfast is the same each day. * No drinking cups in Spa. Same glasses used by other guests. * Some staff has unfriendly attitude. possibly due to off-season everything was problematic: internet did not work at all, they tried to fix it but no good, bathroom was not cleaned well, asked for someone to clean it again, done but still not clean enough, noisy AC, key-card did not work, asked for someone to fix hot water problem and breakfast was so simple. distance from center. The food was not as good as it could be and often cold when it reached the table, although the pancakes at breakfast were excellent. Beach access was not too close, but was still a good value. Dont get fresh towels daily Rooms are not cleaned daily After 7pm and before 10am there is noone that speaks english. Do not provide maps of the city. Rooms are not cleaned every day, towels are not exchanged, they told us that they will exchange towels in 3 days, but they didn't, and we got clean towels at the end of our stay. Music at the pool bar is very loud. Far from city center. Beach near the hotel is not that nice as in other locations of Fehtiye and Oludeniz. Service. Worst hotel ever!.
